Our guiding principles emerged with the company’s growth. As a neutral consulting company these principles are still of great importance for us. Hence, our daily work, our communication and our exchange with our employees and customers complies to certain values.

• Candidate documents are never given to clients without their explicit consent.
• Our client’s names are never presented to the candidate without available application documents such as resumes, references or certificates.
• Our two types of clients are the mandators and the candidates.
• Only satisfied clients are the clients of tomorrow.
• The client’s well-being takes precedence over economic constraints.
• Every candidate is personally known to the consultant.
• Only candidates with a convincing and reliable performance portfolio will be recommended to vacant jobs.
