Johannes Wild

Johannes has more than 20 years of professional experience in all fields of Human Resources Management (recruiting, labour law, social security law, salary administration, HR-development, personnel administration, labour relations).
Johannes has achieved these skills mainly in logistic companies in Austria (Gebrüder Weiss, Danzas /DHL, Speditionsholding and Schenker), which act internationally. During this time he has built up an excellent network in the transportation industry. Effective May 2007, Johannes ran his own business as HR Consultant. Starting September 2009, he joined Log-Cons GmbH to represent the company in Austria and thus to enlarge the geographical region of Log-Cons’ activities.

EXPERIENCE:
Johannes’ professional experience has been built while serving as HR Manager in various global operating companies specifically in the areas of:

  • Recruiting
    Design of job offers (print and/or electronical), preselection, interviews, establish employment contracts
  • Issues of labour and social security law
    Consultancy and advice for executive board, line managers and employees, contact person for work council
  • Controlling
    Monthly statistics and analyses (e.g. fluctuation, FTE-counting etc.), budgeting of personnel expenditures
  • Staff planning
    Experience with rotating shift schedules (six-weekly), organize reserve pool and substitutes
  • Administration
    Salaray administration of employees, workers and apprentices, administration of vacation, sick-leave etc.

Born and raised in Austria, Johannes started his professional career 1980 after having completed his MBA at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) as Financial Assistant in an international advertising agency. Since 1987 he held senior positions as HR Manager at Gebrüder Weiss, Danzas /DHL, Speditionsholding and Schenker. He was a member of the bargaining committee to the collective labour agreement and the committee for the professional education of freight forwarders.
